The Challenge

Born out of the need to help, Paul Laughton founded Diversified Capital Group in 2007 to care for its clients and their wealth. Soon after, he realized that building a financial advisory firm that could stand the test of time was his true calling.

Quick Onboarding

Getting up and running with CircleBlack took about 48 hours. The steps involved signing a contract, setting up two integrations, and setting up Schwab as a custodian.

The CircleBlack customer service success team ensured the transition went smoothly and Laughton was ready to leverage the platform in under an hour. With biweekly check-ins for the first two months, Diversified Capital Group felt that the team was professional, timely, and responsive to their needs.
